Paleo Food Shopping For Hiking and Backpacking

These are lists of popular food posts, some of my favorite food items and websites you might find helpful if trying to eat more healthy meals and snacks on your next hiking or backpacking adventure (or in life in general).  I tend to get most of my paleo food staples at my local co-op, Grocery Outlet, Trader Joe’s, Fred Meyers, Thrive Market and Costco.  Feel free to shop where it is most convenient to you or use the links below to order online.

I recreate on the stolen ancestral lands of the Coast Salish, Stillaguamish, Snohomish and Tulalip peoples, lands held in time immemorial.  This land and its people must be protected and honored; their history, relationships and culture are not only of the past but are now and into the future, holding the key to proper stewardship.  Learn more here…
