Rings Loop Trail

These are a few of my pictures from our trip to Mojave National Preserve and the Rings Loop Trail via Las Vegas in January of 2022. I wrote more about our January trip through the Mojave National Preserve on the blog but here you can see it was a beautiful place.  The rings only make up a small part of the trail, mostly to get up or down a drop in the slot canyon section.

We did the trail the opposite direction of the arrows which meant we went down the rings versus up but we were the only ones there so it didn’t really matter.

I recreate on the stolen ancestral lands of the Coast Salish, Stillaguamish, Snohomish and Tulalip peoples, lands held in time immemorial.  This land and its people must be protected and honored; their history, relationships and culture are not only of the past but are now and into the future, holding the key to proper stewardship.  Learn more here…
