Friday Faves 11/18/16

Wahoo, TGIF! These are some of my favorite articles and links that I checked out this week, plus my latest hike.

Enjoy them.  Then GET OUTSIDE!

My Latest Hike

African American Explorations

Washington Trails Association

They posted the date for the next opportunity to join other hikers in meeting with local representatives to advocate for trails in Washington State. I am marking my calendar and looking forward to going again.

Hiker Lobby Day

Motorgoat

Abram writes about those scenarios we play out in our minds of what we would do if we ever had to battle with wildlife we came upon on the trail.  I know I have had these thoughts, how about you?

Paleo Newbie

Yes, it’s hard to believe it is that time of the year but it is.  I have tried a few recipes over the years to replace stuffing on the big TDay with mixed success.  The key is sage and keeping things moist.  I’ll be trying this one out this year!
