Paleo OMG

I thought I was the only one who sat at home for Halloween with the lights out avoiding having to buy and pass out candy filled with high fructose corn syrup (because passing out healthy stuff would probably get me egged).  I didn’t get these made in time to hoard all by myself in the dark but maybe Santa will be putting these in stockings soon!

Mark’s Daily Apple

I know, another energy ball recipe.  I’m going to try this one because it uses hemp seeds and I have a big bag I bought at Costco because it looked interesting and I am stilling trying to find ways to use those little nutty seeds up.  I’m going to swap out regular collagen and add a bit of vanilla bean instead of the one suggested in the recipe.

I have one more zucchini on the counter from a friend’s bumper crop and I think instead of shredding it for baked goods I am going to make some of these yummy chips for snacking.  I think these are a great idea for a healthy alternative for the next Seahawks I party I go to!  If I don’t eat them all right out of the oven first, that is.
